We hired SoundsFX To do our wedding music in march 2011. The venue had offered us one of their djs for the night but we heard about Macky through a family member and he quoted us almost half the price of the venue so obviously we went with him. The venue was in west wales so the dj had to drive an hour and a half to the venue he also had to be there and set up by 12 midday even though the evening didn't start until 7. In full honesty we couldn't have been more happy. He arrived on the day with full kit, smoke machine and lights, everything looked amazing! He had set up by the time the venue requested, got in contact with the venue to email his liability certificates, played the right music, everything was just perfect, my partner and I didn't have to worry about anything he did it all for us. All he asked us for was a list of say 20 or 30 songs that we liked to give him an idea of what we wanted played. I was slightly concerned before the wedding as we had a big age range in our guests and I wanted older music say from the 80s and 90s aswell as current music and he played the perfect mix, we had chart songs and older classics mixed in with eachother, everyone was dancing, the dance floor was full almost all the night! I've got so many good memories from the night and cannot thank the dj enough for what he did. I would definately hire them again and will happily recommend SoundsFX to anyone. Ceri Allen |
